On 13 November 2019, under the witness of Singapore’s Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Heng Swee Keat, Enterprise Singapore (ESG) announced the partnership with DayDayUp as their GIA partner in Beijing. GIA, which stands for Global Innovation Alliance, is a network of Singapore and overseas partners in major innovation hubs and key demand markets, with a focus on technology and innovation. It is a joint initiative between Enterprise Singapore and the Singapore Economic Development Board.

DayDayUp is partnering ESG to run China-Singapore Innovation Acceleration Programme that will support (i) Singapore-based startups and SMEs in reaching out to the Chinese market through Beijing; and (ii) Chinese startups in scaling up in Asia by using Singapore as a springboard to the rest of the region.

China-Singapore Innovation Acceleration Programme is a GIA Acceleration Programme, and is designed to help Singapore-based technology startups and SMEs set up, test-bed, commercialise their solutions, and co-innovate with partners in Beijing through a series of highly customised programmes and activities. It will provide participants with access to the Chinese market, including introductions to potential investors, partners, customers, and talent resources. DayDayUp will also support Singapore-based startups and SMEs, including those who are not participating in the GIA Acceleration Programme through coworking space, incorporation service, and HR service.
